摘要
新疆是多民族聚居地区,少数民族大学生的心理健康水平会影响到新疆地区社会稳定和政治、经济发展,影响新疆少数民族大学生心理健康水平的主要因素是文化适应问题。目的:本文旨在基于目前新疆高校心理素质培养课程的弊端,融入多元文化理念,革新课程内容和授课方式以提高课程的实效性。方法:使用文献研究和思辨研究的方法对以往心理健康课程进行分析,从而提出革新方案。结论:本文对多元文化教育理念融入高校心理素质培养课程的意义以及具体实施策略进行了详细探讨,以期为教师教学提供思路。
Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic region,minority college students' mental health will affect social stability and political and economic development in Xinjiang,the main factors affecting the mental health of university students in Xinjiang minority cultural adaptation.This paper aims to present the drawbacks of psychological quality based training courses Universities in Xinjiang,into the multicultural philosophy,curriculum and innovative teaching methods to enhance the effectiveness of the course.In this paper,the concept of multicultural education courses integrate psychological significance of quality training colleges and the specific implementation strategies are discussed in detail in order to provide reference for teaching.
