摘要
加盟型快递企业在遴选加盟商的程中,由于信息的不对称,常常会出现逆向选择行为,导致低质量的加盟商排挤掉潜在的高质量加盟商而进入快递经营体系,使快递企业的运营质量和声誉下降,因此,研究并解决加盟型快递企业的逆向选择问题,将有益于优化快递企业加盟体系,提高加盟型快递企业的服务质量,促进快递业合理发展。本文首先分析加盟商遴选中存在的逆向选择行为及其产生的后果,然后进一步指出加盟双方间的信息不对称、利益目标不一致及加盟商异质性禀赋是导致逆向选择行为的主要原因;最后有针对性地提出解决逆向选择问题的对策建议。
In the process of express enterprises selecting franchisees,due to information asymmetry,often comes to the adverse selection behavior,resulting in low-quality franchisees crowding out potential high-quality franchisees and getting into the courier system,and making the express delivery companies' operational quality and reputation decline; therefore,studying and solving the adverse selection problem will benefit optimizing the express' s joining system,improving the quality of express service,and reasonably promoting the development of express industry. Through analyzing the behavior and the consequences of adverse selection in franchiseeselection,the paper points out that the information asymmetry between the parties,the different interests objectives and franchisees' heterogeneity endowments are the main factors that leads to the adverse selection;Finally,countermeasures suggests is put forward to solve the problem of adverse selection.
