贫困山区农村低保群体生活状态研究——基于广东Y村的田野调查

A Study on the Living Condition of Residents Guaranteed by Rural Living Security System in Poor Mountain Area:a Fieldwork in Village Y in Guangdong

农村最低生活保障制度,简称低保,是目前中国对农民最大的社会保障之一。低保群体的生活不容乐观,但是专门研究农村低保群体生活的学者并不多,特别是通过田野调查进行研究的则更少。对广东北部一个村落的低保群体生活状况进行田野调查,分析农村低保制度实施存在的问题,并提出针对性建议。当前农村低保群体生活存在不少问题,低保制度的实施与完善,需要进一步考虑当地低保群体的真实想法与当地社会文化结构。

Rural minimum living security system,for short,is currently one of the biggest social securities for rural residents in our country. Although lives of the residents guaranteed by rural minimum living security system are not optimistic,research on the field is scarce,while fieldwork is even less. The author carries out research on the living conditions of the residents guaranteed by rural minimum living security system in northern Guangdong,analyzes the problems when carrying out the minimum livelihood guarantee system and promotes pertinent suggestions. There are still quite a few problems in the lives of that kind of residents. The government needs further considerations about how the residents truly feel about the system and the local social and cultural structures for the implementation and perfection of the system.
