Broadening the source of Macao's income through the industrial diversification

本文通过分析澳门的经济现状,论证澳门产业多元化的必要性及可行性,通过实证分析发现,酒店业、批发及零售业、租赁及企业服务业对澳门GDP的拉动作用明显,金融业也可能通过与内地合作对澳门经济起到很大带动作用,进而得出可以通过产业多元化为途径拓宽澳门收入来源。

This paper analyzes the current situation of Macao's economy and demonstrates that it is of necessity feasibility to diversify Macao's industries. The empirical analysis shows that the hotel,wholesale and retail industry can play a significant role in stimulating Macao's GDP. Meanwhile the finance also can play a great role in the Macao economy through the cooperation with the Mainland. As a result,it is feasible to broaden the source of Macao's income through the industrial diversification.
