A continuous electro galvanizing line (EGL)reconstructed from No.2 coloured strip steel production line of Han Dan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.is described.This report mainly explains the arrangement and details of the equipment and the technical features in process section of EGL.It applies electrolytic cleaning tank without changing the polarity of the plate electrode,advanced horizontal plating cell and Ni-flash plating technique to guarantee the production capacity and product surface quality.
