主要介绍了钢水罐(包)的制作过程的关键工艺,包括卷制壳体及调整圆度的方法,利用简易工装对接、焊接吊耳轴保证同轴度的方法,同轴度检测方法。
The thesis describes the key processes for making steel ladle,including method for rolling shell and adjust the roundness,method for ensure concentricity of trunnion which is using process equipment for butt-jointing and welding,method for detecting coaxial.
