摘要 针对某厂1080m3高炉喷煤系统的设计进行了分析和总结,计算了喷煤项目的经济效益。该设计布置合理,充分利用了厂区内现有空间和设施,节省投资。高炉达产后,喷吹1吨煤粉将为炼铁系统节能134.15kg标准煤,年节约成本达3104.3万元,减少炼焦环节污染物排放17.3655万t。 In this paper,the design of the coal injection system is summarized,and the economic benefit of this project also be calculated.A sensible distribution of shop,and the existing space and equipment can be made full use of in this project which can save the construction cost.Meanwhile,after reaching the production rate of blast furnace,it can reduce 134.15kg consumption as injecting 1ton pulverized coal,cut the cost 31.043million yuan per year and decrease the pollutant discharge 173.655 million ton per year in the iron making process.
