摘要
针对轧机压下系统,采用数值分析的手段对采用不同标准设计的锯齿形螺纹进行分析,得出性能较好的螺纹牙型,为设计提供更清晰的依据。
In this paper,for the screw-down system of rolling mill. CAE tools is used to analyse screw box buttress thread which is designed in different criterias for the screw-down system. And the best type of thread profiles is obtained which gives more clear evidence for design.
