Capacity of Rolling Equipment as Well as Production Line with Energy-Saving and Cost-Reducing

从轧钢生产的综合经济性出发,论述轧钢生产大型化、连续化存在的问题,探讨合理选择轧钢设备能力和生产线产能的可能性。认为轧钢生产的节能降耗与轧钢设备能力与生产线产能有密切的关系。在钢材市场需求旺盛时期,轧钢生产大型化、连续化是唯一选择。当前,尽管采取了各种节能措施,但是为面对现有的大型化、连续化的轧钢生产线,现有技术显得力不从心。因此发展经济型的轧钢设备与轧钢生产线是必然的。

In this paper,the existing problems about large scale and continuous production of steel rolling had been illustrated,starting from the comprehensive economy of the steel rolling production,the reasonable choice of rolling equipment capacity and the capacity of production line had also been discussed. It is believed that the energy-saving and cost-reducing of steel rolling production and the capacity of production line have a close relationship. In the steel market demand vigorous period,the large scale and continuous production of steel rolling is the only choice. In present,for in the face of the existing large-scale and continuous rolling of production line,the existing technology can be hard to meet the demands although all kinds of energy saving measures were taken. Therefore,the development of economic rolling equipment and rolling production line is inevitable.
