摘要
开口机是高炉炉前重要的设备,在生产使用中需要好的稳定性,通过对检修作业中开口机曲臂在运行中常见的故障进行分析,结合力学原理,自主设计托辊改造方案,解决开口机曲臂维护中的难题,通过改造提高设备的稳定性和使用寿命,降低工人的劳动强度。
Tapping machine is the important equipment in front of the blast furnace,so good stability is needed in production use,the common faults of the tapping machine crank arm were analyzed in maintenance,and combining with the mechanics principle,independent design roller retrofit scheme,solved the difficult problem of crank arm in tapping machine maintenance,through improving the stability of the equipment and service life is raised,reduce the labor intensity of workers.
