摘要
旋转拉伸式矫直机是小规格棒线材高直线度要求研发的一种新型矫直设备。它综合了旋转矫直与拉伸矫直的优点,使棒线材的卷材实现开卷、矫直、定尺剪切一体化,既节约了材料又节省人力,同时大幅度提高了生产效率。矫直精度可达到0.1~0.3mm/m。
The rotary tension leveler is a new type of leveler,which is invented according to the requirement of high straightness of the small size rod and wire. It combines the advantages of rotary leveler and tension leveler,which makes the integration of uncoiling,leveling and shear to length of rod and wire. It saves not only materials,but also manpower. At the same time,it greatly improves the production efficiency. Straightening precision can reach 0. 1~ 0. 3mm / m.
