自国家工信部公示公告认定450m3级别以下的铸造高炉被保留下来后,河北春风铸造有限责任公司2号128m3高炉配套的热风炉本着先进、经济、实用、可靠原则进行设计。本次改造是顶燃式格子砖热风炉首次在该级别的高炉上的应用,主要从热风炉的结构形式、改进型的燃烧器、耐火材料的选型、新型格子砖的应用、双预热系统的应用以及经济效益等几方面阐述了该热风炉系统的设计特点,设计风温1200℃。

Since MIIT public announcement that the foundry blast furnace below the level of 450m3 was retained,The hot stove of No. 2 128m3 BF in Hebei Chunfeng Foundry Co.,Ltd was designed with the principles of advancement,economy,practicality,reliability. This transformation is the first use of the top combustion hot stove checker brick in blast furnace of this level,This article stated the design features of the hot stove system mainly from the structural style of hot stove,selection of refractory materials,improve type burner,application of new type checker brick,application of double preheating system and the economic benefits et al. The designed hot-blast temperature is 1200℃.
