摘要
以安钢集团冷轧分公司1550mm机组激光焊机为例,论述了TMEIC激光焊机在安钢1550mm冷轧机组中安装位置及功能,同时对TMEIC激光焊机主要部件机构原理及功能进行解析、讨论,并给出了各部件的调整范围及精度。
Taking the 1500 mm line laser welding machine of Angang Cold Rolling branch as an example,this paper discusses the TMEIC laser welding machine installation position and function in Angang 1550 mm Cold Rolling Mill. The principle and function of the main components of the TMEIC laser welding are analyzed and discussed,and the adjustment range and precision of the parts are given.
