摘要
酸洗连轧机组中卸卷车是保证轧线连续生产,连接卷取机与步进梁的重要纽带设备,它将钢卷从卡罗赛卷曲机上卸下,然后通过横移将钢卷放置在出口步进梁鞍座上。由于卸卷过程中,卸卷车常常将钢卷内圈抽出塔形,严重影响产品质量和下一工序的进行,严重时直接制约生产线的正常运行,同时也给维护带来一定困难,通过分析卸卷车不同压力设定值造成的芯轴上翘和车体刚度的变化,找出合理压力设定值减少钢卷抽芯问题,从而保证生产线的稳定运行。
The coil stripper car of PL-TCM is an important link equipment which guarantees the rolling line to product continuously and connects Carrousel coiler reel with walking beam conveyor. It remove the coils from Carrousel coiler stripper reel and then through transferring place coils on saddle of walking beam conveyor. In the process of normal discharge coils,the delivery car often pulls volumes of coils out in the shape of a tower. In this case,it will influence the quality of products and the next working procedure. In more serious condition,it will restrict the normal operation of the production line and bring some difficulties in maintenance. In this paper,through analyzing warped tension reel and the change of car body stiffness caused by different pressure setting of the coil stripper car,a reasonable pressure setting to reduce coils core-pulling problems was found,so as to ensure the stable operation of production line.
