摘要
在设计中对承受较大载荷的铸件采用粗加工后进行正火热处理的工艺,生产成本高、中转周期长。通过实验对铸件毛坯、粗加工两种状态分别进行正火处理,得出含碳量小于0.37%的铸钢件毛坯正火和粗加工后正火的机械性能、金相组织的区别,进而用铸件毛坯正火取代其粗加工后正火,优化生产工艺流程,提高工作效率。
In the design to bear large loads of the casting rough machining after normalizing,the method produces high cost and long transit period. Now through experimental verification in the casting and rough machining state of normalizing processing,that when the carbon content is less than 0. 37% of the cast steel normalizing and rough machining of normalizing the mechanical properties and microstructure of the difference,and then normalizing of steel castig blank parts replaced the rough machining ofter normalizing,production process is optimizing,improve work efficiency.
