炼铁厂新型桥式双斗轮混匀取料机

New-style Double Bucket Wheel Bridge Type Blending Reclaimer in Ironworks

为了提升炼铁厂混匀料场的技术水平,作者提出了一种新型桥式双斗轮混匀取料机。新型混匀取料机采用双梁结构,皮带不从斗轮中穿过,而是独立于斗轮外面。这种新结构可以提高斗轮支撑装置的寿命,方便斗轮装置的维护检修,提高效率。新型混匀取料机非常适合钢厂混匀料场扩容和设备更新换代。

The author proposed a new-style double bucket wheel bridge type blending reclaimer for iron factory to improve the technique of blending reclaimer. The new blending reclaimer with double beam structure,and the belt conveyor is not through the bucket wheel but outside the bucket wheel. The support of the bucket wheel of the new machine has long life and the bucket wheel is easy to maintain and has a high efficiency. The new style reclaimer is fit for blending yard to enlarge and the machine to replacing.
