摘要
讨论了6种可行的连铸坯辊道上料方案,充分利用现有设备,综合分析现场约束条件,对比各方案最终确定了分段下滑钢坯的上料方案。该方案具有高效、节能的特性,可满足生产工艺要求,节约投资成本,兼顾了生产过程的稳定性、连续性和安全性要求。本文列举的方案可适用于不同条件,对上料机构的选择具有较高的参考价值。
Six transporting methods were discussed,in order to making good use of existing equipment,by analyzing the operation condition and studying of relevant design,the method of which is below sliping the billet transporting billets to roller table was ascertained. This system is an efficient and energy-saving system. It fits the production demands,and the investment cost was reasonably controlled as well. This system meets the safety,stability and continuity requirements. These methods give a better reference to fit different field.
