摘要
太钢高铁用钢技术改造项目由于连铸跨和模铸跨为垂直布置,运送钢水包去往模铸的钢包车需要在连铸的钢水接受跨的轨道转盘车上旋转后才能送往模铸跨。根据工艺布置轨道转盘车旋转角度确定为±90°,转盘直径确定为7m。
It is upright arrangement between CCM bay and ingot bay,and the ladle transfer car carry the teeming ladle to the ingot bay after turning on the rail rotating disc car in the CCM bay. According to the process arrangement,the rotating angle of rail rotating disc car is determined to ± 90°,and the diameter is 7 meters.
