交流电弧炉的多频多极真空接触器的替代方案 被引量:1

摘要 分析宝钢150t超高功率交流电弧炉使用进口的多频多极真空接触器在生产过程中存在的问题。为了替代此操作开关,对满足此工况条件下的电炉用真空断路器和永磁式多频断路器进行了方案比较,最终选择了永磁式多频断路器替代多频多极真空接触器的方案。降低了设备维护费用低,保证了生产安全可靠。 The problems about multi frequency and multipole vacuum contactor of 150 tons of high power AC electric arc furnace in Baosteel are analyzed. In order to replace this operating switch,two schemes have been discussed,to meet the conditions of the electric furnace for vacuum circuit breaker and permanent magnet type multi frequency circuit breaker,the permanent magnet type multi frequency circuit breaker instead of multi frequency multipole vacuum contactor scheme has been chosen. The equipment maintenance costs have been reduced,the production safety and reliability have been ensured.
