摘要
通过对螺杆材料38CrMoAlA的加工工艺流程进行分析与改进,结合实际加工、检测中遇到的问题和解决方法,确定出工艺中对产品质量影响较大的关键因素,具体分析归纳出了这些关键因素如何对材料性能与产品质量造成影响,从而为提高该类零件的加工质量与性能提供了科学的依据。这对今后该种材料零部件的设计加工具有指导意义。
Based on analysis of screw material 38 Cr Mo Al A process,and combined with the actual processing problems and solutions,found the key process factors greater impact on product quality,and detailed analysis of how these key factors result influence in product quality,to provide a scientific basis for process of the parts. This will be important significance for the instruction of design and manufacture of this kind of parts.
