基于Solidworks的轧辊和联接套筒断裂事故的失效分析

Technical Analysis of the Fracture Accident of Roller and Join Sleeve Based on Solidworks

对轧辊和联接套筒的断裂事故进行了分析。分别对联接套筒扁头和轧辊辊颈处做了有限元分析,求得了它们的应力分布及最大应力值,从而解释了联接套筒和轧辊重要部件断裂的起因,为设备的使用和维护方面提出了改进意见。

Analyzed the fracture accident of roller and join sleeve. Analyzed join sleeve flat head and roller neck with finite element method,and in the end the stress distribution and maximum stress value is obtained,also explaining the cause of fracture of the important parts such as join sleeve and roller,and putting forward the improvement opinion for the equipment design and using.
