摘要
SA335P91钢是目前广泛应用于亚临界和超临界火力发电机组中主蒸汽管道、再热热段管道及高中压导汽管道的高合金马氏体耐热钢。对于该材料焊缝的允许返修次数,DL/T 869—2004标准中已有明确的规定,但对于该材料焊缝允许的热处理次数,所涉及的标准都没有相关的内容和要求,本文对此进行了研究与分析。从试验方案的确定和实施入手,逐次完成了焊接试件多达五次的焊缝热处理,加工试样完成了一系列的理化试验,最后对各类数据进行分析并得出初步的结论。
SA335P91 steel is a high alloy martensitic martensite heat-resistant steel. It is widely used in main steam pipes,hot section of hot pipes,and high or medium pressure steam pipes in subcritical and supercritical thermal power generating units. DL / T 869-2004 standard has been clearly defined the allow repair times of the SA335P91 steel weld line,but the time of heat treatment allows is not study at any standards. In order to learn more about the problem,the paper designs the experimental scheme of conducting five different heat treatment programs about the SA335P91 steel weld line,and then carries out a series of physical and chemical tests. Based on analysis of these dates,preliminary conclusions are obtained.
