热风炉炉壳整带更换实践

Practice about Replaceing the Whole Belt of the Stove Shell

摘要 京唐公司热风炉运行5年后,炉壳本体及焊缝存在不同程度的开裂漏风情况,2~#高炉1~#热风炉尤为严重。经过多次补焊,母材已严重变形,炉壳劣化加剧。为彻底解决应力腐蚀问题,本次将第十五带炉壳板整体更换,焊前进行预热,焊后进行无损探伤,保证焊接质量。为有效监测炉壳应力变化趋势,在焊缝和母材上布置10个应力检测点,全方位监测热风炉应力变化情况。 After five years of the stove operation at Jingtang company,the stove shell body and the weld exist varying degrees of cracking and leakage,No. 1 stove of No. 2 blast furnace is particularly serious. After many times of repair welding,the base material has been seriously deformed,the stove shell deterioration has intensified. To solve the stress corrosion thoroughly,the 15 th belt shell will be replaced,preheating before welding and NDT after welding,thus the welding quality can be ensured. For the effective monitoring of the shell stress change trends,ten stress testing points are arranged on the weld and the base material,comprehensively monitoring the stress change for the stove shell.
