全液压落地式揭盖机的设计与应用

Design and Application of Ground-type All-hydraulic Cover Manipulator

介绍了一种结构简单,操作、维护方便,设备本体远离铁沟的双液压缸平行折叠结构的全液压落地式揭盖机。介绍了该机型的结构组成和工作原理;对全液压落地式揭盖机提升臂结构的挠度、强度进行了校核,给出了关键部件提升油缸、横移油缸的选取办法。为此类设备设计提供了参考依据。

A two cylinder parallel-folding removing cover machine which is introduced in this paper is of simple structure and easy to be operated and maintained. Moreover,the equipment body of the cover machine here is far away from the iron trough. The making-ups and working principle of the removing cover machine are both elaborated.The deflection and the strength of the lifting arm are also checked. In addition,the scheme to select the proper traverse cylinder and lifting cylinder is proposed. This paper provides a reference to the design of the similar equipment.
