摘要
用微分方程解析张紧机张力产生的原理,并根据模型推导张力的计算公式,定量分析了其它影响张力的因素,提出了一种新的张紧机出入口压辊压力的设置思路,并根据该思路提出一些具体算法的说明。
Introduce tension principle of the bridle roll by means of differential analysis,and get the formula according to the model,analysis the other factors that influence the tension,propose a new idea of the entry snubber roll and give a description to the specific algorithm according to the new idea.
