摘要
为保证1580热轧保温坑保温罩设备的稳定运行状态和保温坑密闭性,在设备强度可靠的前提下合理降低设备自重,提高保温罩的抗热变形能力,提高现场热装热送效率,保证设备的稳定性。经过理论计算与分析,对该结构进行改进,对梁的预拱度进行调整,增加拉筋梁,导向轮的结构进行调整,使得该保温罩结构稳定性更强,便于维护。
Guarantee 1580 hot insulation insulation cover equipment stable running and thermal insulation pit sealed in equipment strength reliability under the premise of reasonable low dead weight,thermal deformation ability,improve insulation cover to improve the hot charging and hot delivery efficiency,guarantee the stability of the equipment. Through theoretical calculation and analysis,to improve the structure of the beam prestressing camber adjustment,the structure of the guide wheel to adjust,make the insulation cover structure more stability,easy to maintain.
