摘要
论述了南钢2500m^3高炉炉前CHY4000型打击机的功能,并针对全液打击机在生产使用中存在的打击无力的故障,通过检测、解体分解后,分析其故障原因,提出相应的维护方法,并在日常的管理和维护上加以重视,有效的解决了打击机故障问题。保证了开口机的正常工作。
This paper deals with the CHY4000 blow machine function of 2500m3 blast furnace in Nanjing Iron& Steel Co.,Ltd. The failure of hydraulic blow machine exists in using like powerless hitting. By detecting and disintegration decomposition,the fault cause is analyzed,and the corresponding maintenance method is put forward,which should be paid more attention in the daily management and maintenance. It will effectively solve the fault of machine and make sure the machine work normally.
