摘要
针对粗轧机三联箱轴瓦更换时劳动强度高、检修效率低、更换时间长等问题,对三联箱轴瓦的更换方法进行合理的优化改进,提出了"三联箱高效换瓦法",取得了良好的效果。
In view of the special steel division,roughing mill triple box bearing replacement has many problems such as high labor intensity,low maintenance efficiency and long replacing time problem. The triple box bearing replacement method were reasonable optimization improvement. 'triple box with efficient method'is presented in the paper,and good results are achieved.
