摘要
介绍了张紧装置的组成、相关技术参数的计算,对电气控制系统的硬件配置和软件设计进行了分析研究。研究表明该控制系统可以按照工艺需求的张力值,通过变频调速器自动控制卷筒的正传和反转,最终达到调节张力的目的。
In this paper the composition of tensioning device and the calculation of related technical parameters are introduced,The hardware configuration and software design of the electrical control system are analyzed . The research shows that the control system can control the forward and reverse of the coiling block automatically by the inverter according to the tension value of technological requirements,and to achieve the purpose of regulating tension at last.
