泥炮、开铁口机为高炉出铁场主要设备,随着高炉大型化、紧凑化发展,为了节省炉前操作空间,要求泥炮、开铁口机设备布置在铁沟同一侧。本文介绍了某制造厂自行设计的同侧泥炮、开铁口机在联合试车过程中出现相互干涉问题,对问题进行了详细分析,最终确定合理的整改措施以及在以后设计中注意要点。

Mud gun,taphole drill are the main equipment of blast furnace,blast furnace with large, compact development,in order to save the furnace operating space requirements,mud gun,taphole drill are arranged on the same side ditch iron. During the joint test run, the problem of matual interference between the same side mud gun and tapping machine designed by a manufacturer was introduced. The problem is analyzed in detail, and the reasonable rectification measures are finally determined,as well as the points for attention in the future design.
