摘要
石灰窑生产中,燃烧系统的运行状况对窑的稳定运行起着关键的作用,基于双膛窑的工作原理,对燃料采用低热值煤气时,对如何采用富氧燃烧技术提高燃烧效率及提高产品品质等进行分析,同时针对双膛窑的实际情况设计合理的技术方案,对双膛窑的稳定、高效、节能运行有着较为重要的意义。
The operation condition of combustion system is important to the stable operation of kiln. It analyses how to improve combustion efficiency and lime quality with oxygen-enriched combustion technology with low calorific value gas based on the operational principle of kiln,designing a reasonable technical proposal according to kiln’s situation. The technical scheme is of great importance to kiln’s stable operation,high efficiency and energy saving.
