摘要
铸轧薄带气雾喷嘴具有冷却时间短、冷却均匀等特点。本文拟采用实验及数值仿真研究双喷嘴气雾冷却的换热特性,进而研究水气压配比对换热特性的影响。通过在不同水气压配比下对钢板换热系数进行比较可以得出:当水气压配比为2,即在气压为4bar、水压为8bar时,钢板的气雾冷却效果最好,换热系数最大;而水气压配比为1. 5和8时,钢板的换热系数最小;同时,对铸轧带钢气雾冷却温度场进行数值仿真,比较不同水气压配比下钢板芯部温度并分析温度变化的趋势,结果表明:在水气压配比为2(即气压4bar水压8bar)的情况下,该配比对钢板芯部的温度影响最大,冷却效果最好,冷却后钢板芯部温度为442. 215℃。
The thin strip air mist nozzle has the characteristics of short cooling time and uniform cooling.In this paper,the heat transfer characteristics of double nozzles were studied by experiment and numerical simulation,and then the influence of water pressure ratio on heat transfer characteristics was studied. By comparing the heat transfer coefficient of the steel plate under different water pressure ratios,it can be concluded that when the water pressure ratio is 2,that is,the air pressure is 4 bar and the water pressure is 8 bar,the cooling effect of the steel plate is the best,and the heat transfer coefficient is the largest. When the water pressure ratio is 1. 5 and8,the heat transfer coefficient of steel plate is minimum.,at the same time of cast-rolling strip aerosol cooling temperature field numerical simulation and comparison under different water pressure ratio of steel core temperature and analysis of the trend of temperature change,the results show that the ratio of the vapor pressure of 2( that is,the pressure 4 bar pressure 8 bar),the ratio of the greatest influence on the temperature of the steel core,cooling effect is best,after cooling plate core temperature of 442. 215 ℃.
