摘要
某厂热连轧机F6机架主传动系统存在较严重的轴向振动现象,致使万向接轴上的集油盒频繁损坏。为了弄清轧机轴向振动产生的机理,首先利用ANSYS求解轧机主传动轴向振动固有模态来确定固有的轴向动力学特性;然后借助ANSYS谐响应模块求解可能诱发主传动系统轴向振动的原因;最后得出轴向振动规律,为抑制轴向振动提出了方向和理论依据。
A serious axial vibration phenomenon exists in the main drive system of the F6 rack of a hot rolling mill in a factory,resulting in frequent damage to the oil collecting box on the universal joint. In order to find out the mechanism of axial vibration of rolling mill,the inherent axial dynamic characteristics of the axial vibration of the main drive of rolling mill are determined by using ANSYS to determine the inherent axial dynamic characteristics of the main drive. Then the ANSYS harmonic response module is used to solve the cause of the axial vibration that may induce the main transmission system. Finally,the axial vibration law is obtained to suppress the axial vibration. The direction and theoretical basis are out.
