摘要
以Bland-Ford-Hill轧制力模型,针对唐钢第一钢轧厂平整分卷机组的四辊平整机,以轧制力与弯辊力为相互影响参数,进行了四辊平整机轧制时工作辊凸度的有限元计算。得到了四辊平整机不同轧制力与弯辊力下的轧辊弯曲变形规律,将工作辊模拟参数与实测板型参数进行了对比,模拟得到的板型凸度与实测凸度变化规律相似,且随着板带宽度的增加,模拟凸度更贴近于实测值。分析结果可为四辊平整机的板型凸度控制提供参考。
According to the four rolling leveling mill in the Steel rolling plant in Tangshan Iron and Steel Corporation,the finite element calculation was carried out of the convexity of the working rollers by taking the rolling force and bending force as the influence parameters based on the Bland-Ford-Hill rolling force model,. The bending deformation regular pattern of the working rollers under different rolling force and bending force was obtained. After comparison of simulation parameters of the working rolles and the measured parameters of the strip steel,it cam be found that the simulated convexity and the measured conuexity were similar. And with the increasing of the width of the strip steel,the simulated convexity is more close to the measured value. The analysis results can provide reference for the dominate of the profile control in the four rolling leveling mill.
