Process of Micropowders with Steelmaking Slag

介绍了转炉钢渣进行综合处理再利用的生产工艺,经过钢渣热泼、破碎、棒磨磁选等工艺,可获得片钢、粒子钢以及粒度≤10mm、TFe O品位≥50%的钢渣精粉用于返回冶炼,同时得到TFe O品位≤15%的副产品尾渣用于水泥或混凝土行业,最终实现炼钢固废资源的转化。

The production process for the comprehensive treatment and recycling of converter slag was introduced. Steel slag,particle steel,steel slag fine powder with particle size ≤10 mm and TFe O quality≥50%were used for the steel slag hot-splashing,crushing,and rod grinding and magnetic separation processes. Returning to smelting,at the same time,the by-product tailings with TFe O grade≤15% are used in the cement or concrete industry,and the conversion of solid waste resources for steelmaking is finally achieved.
