水萃铜渣浮选厂工艺设计

The Process Design of Flotation on Copper Concentrate from Shrend Copper Slag

从水淬铜渣中回收铜精矿不仅有效避免的铜金属的流失及环境污染,而且对于全国的水淬铜渣回收金属铜具有广泛的推广意义。工艺设备主要包括磨矿设备、分级设备、浮选设备、浓缩设备、过滤设备。水淬铜渣通过磨矿分级后,合格矿浆进入浮选设备,加入适量的浮选药剂,经过一次粗选、二次扫选、三次精选后,获得铜精矿矿浆和尾矿矿浆,铜精矿矿浆和尾矿矿浆采用浓缩设备和过滤设备处理后,最终获得铜精矿和尾矿两种产品。并以实例说明了水淬铜渣浮选厂的工艺设计和设备。

The recovery of copper concentrate from shrend copper slag is not only effective in preventing the loss of copper metal and environmental pollution,but also has good significance for the recovery of copper from shrend copper slag.The main process equipments include grinding equipment,grading equipment,flotation machine,thickener and filter press.Firstly,the shrend copper slag is handled by the grinding and grading process.Then the qualified slurry treated with the suitable flotation agent in the flotation equipment,where it is benefited by one roughing,two scavenging,three cleaning,the copper concentrate slurry and tailings slurry are prepared.Finally,two products,the copper concentrate and tailings are obtain after it is treated by the thickener and filter press.A case of the process design and equipment of flotation plant from shrend copper slag are demonstrated.
