针对热轧精轧机主传动鼓型齿接轴存在的设计缺陷,对运行中出现的漏油故障、进油环抱死、辊端回油盒轴承损坏、接轴连杆断裂等在使用过程中的几种故障原因进行了分析,并提出结构改进及维修改善措施,延长了传动轴的使用寿命。

In view of the design defects of the main drive drum type tooth shaft of the hot rolling mill,the failure of oil leakage,the lock of the oil intake ring,the bearing damage of the roll back oil box and the fracture of the connecting rod are analyzed,and the structural improvement and maintenance improvement measures are put forward,and the service life of the transmission shaft is prolonged.
