Research on the Model in Hearth Plate Stress Monitoring for Large Blast Furnace

摘要 为了找到冶金固危废循环入炉的控制标准和马钢两座4000m3高炉结合炉底板上翘的原因及研究,创建了高炉炉底应力监控模型,发现了高炉炉内数据量化的盲板力、热应力、有害元素力、边缘气流力;应用监控模型的数据及趋势,指导高炉生产优化操作。三年多来应力稳定在2800t以下,高炉入炉固废均衡使用,且各项经济技术指标进一步提升,该模型亦可为大型高炉安全长寿,开发智能炉缸出铁模型等提供全新的数据支撑。 ABSTRAC In order to find the control standard for solid waste into the blast furnace for recycle,on basic of the investigation of the reason for hearth plate upwarp in two 4000 m3 large blast furnace of MaSteel,a model for the stress monitoring in hearth plate for large blast furnace is established.The data in the blast furnace can be quantified such as blind flange force,thermal stress,harmful element,airflow at the edge.The data and trend of the monitoring model can be used to optimize the producing-operation.Because of balanced application of the solid waste in blast furnace,during the past three years the stress has been controlled stably under 2800 t,and the economic and technic indicator has been raised in further step.The above model can be used to expand the life span of the large blast furnace and to provide data support to the development of an intelligent blast furnace model for metal tapping.
