病毒感染时NLRP3炎性小体激活和调控机制研究进展 被引量:1

Advances in Studies on the roles and regulation of the NLRP3 inflammasome during virus infection

摘要 炎性小体是一种多蛋白复合物,它能够通过caspase-1的激活来诱导炎性因子IL-1β和IL-18的成熟与分泌并引起炎症反应。在炎性小体的激活过程中NLRs的家族成员起着重要的作用,其中研究最为广泛的是NLRP3炎性小体。大量的实验证据显示病毒感染时,包括甲型流感病毒IAV、水泡性口炎病毒VSV和脑心肌炎病毒EMCV等,可激活NLRP3炎性小体产生免疫应答。本文将对病毒感染时NLRP3炎性小体的激活和调控机制作一综述。 The inflammasome is a multi-protein complex that induces maturation of inflammatory cytokines interleukin( IL)-1βand IL-18 through activation of caspase-1 to engage innate immune defenses. While the NLRs family members play an important role in the activation of inflammasome,and the nucleotide-binding domain and leucine-rich repeat protein 3( NLRP3) inflammasome is the most extensively studied. Multiple lines of evidence suggest that virus infection can activate the NLRP3 inflammasome. In this review,we discuss the current knowledge of the roles and regulation of the NLRP3 inflammasome during virus infection,which will help advance the study of NLRP3 biology during virus infection.
