Temperature control system based on LabVIEW

针对温度监控的高精度、高可靠性的需要,基于LabVIEW的温控系统以STC12C5A60S2单片机和继电器组成硬件核心,选用PT100和DS18B20作为温度传感器,以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,通过wifi模块实现LabVIEW与单片机相互通信,达到了温度实时采集和控制的效果,同时利用Labsql工具可访问数据库的特点,将采集到的温度数据储存进Access数据库,使之同时具备查阅和删除等功能。此外为增强系统的安全性,根据基于LabVIEW的温控系统的特性,而设计出一款用户登录管理界面。

For temperature monitoring of high accuracy,high reliability,LabVIEW based temperature control system with STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller and relay hardware core.In this system,PT100 and DS18B20 are used as temperature sensor and LabVIEW is used as software development platform.Through the WiFi module LabVIEW and MCU communication,this design is completed the effect of real-time temperature acquisition and control,and the using of Labsql tool to access database,the collecting temperature data stored in Access database,accessing to delete and other functions.In addition to enhance the security of the system,according to the characteristics of the temperature contro) system based on LabVIEW design a user login management interface.
