摘要
海洋来源微生物次级代谢产物结构类型多样,活性广泛,是先导化合物的重要来源。在实验室培养条件下,微生物体内与次级代谢有关的基因大部分处于沉默状态。为了充分利用海洋资源,从而获得结构类型多样的次级代谢产物,如何运用各种方法激活沉默基因成为了近年来研究的热点。单菌株多次级代谢产物策略作为一种简单快捷的方法,已广泛运用于激活海洋微生物沉默基因的表达。本文对OSMAC策略在海洋天然产物研究中的有关应用进行了简要的综述。
Secondary metabolites of marine-derived fungi have been considered an important source of bioactive leading compounds,due to their diverse structure and a wide range of biological activities.The gene related secondary metabolites of microorganisms keep in silence under the culture conditions of laboratory.In order to utilize the marine microbial resources and then obtain diverse structure of secondary metabolites,it has been focused on much attention to use various approach to activate the silent gene.As a simple and convenient method,OSMAC strategy have been used to activate the expression of silent gene.The application of OSMAC strategies in the research of marine natural products was briefly summarized in this article.
