基于组织行为学理论的中小学教师敬业度分析 被引量:6

摘要 以往对中小学教师工作态度的研究中,更多集中在负面的心理状态,却很少关注积极心理方面。敬业度是影响教师教学成效的一种重要的积极工作态度。借鉴国内外学者关于员工敬业度的研究成果,结合中小学教师的职业特点,在分析中小学教师敬业度的概念、影响因素基础上,提出通过加强培训、工作环境营造和改进学校管理等提高中小学教师敬业度的策略。
