氰化物中毒救治药物的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 氰化物是分子中含有氰离子(cyanion,CN-)的剧毒化合物,主要有氢氰酸、氯化氢、氰化钠和氰化钾,皮肤伤口接触、吸入、吞食微量就会中毒死亡,军事上属于速杀型战剂。氰化物是非常重要的化工原料,常用于基本化学合成、染料、电镀、冶金、有机合成医药、农药合成及金属处理等方面,尤其在金银等贵重金属提炼和电镀等行业用量很大。此外,有些装修装饰材料燃烧后产生的烟气中也含有氰化物。因此,氰化物具有结构简单、毒性高、应用广、易获取等特点。
