脑复苏临床研究进展

摘要 心脏骤停是指心脏射血功能突然终止[1],主要临床表现为患者突然意识丧失,不能触及大动脉搏动,以及听诊心音消失,伴或不伴有自主呼吸停止,并导致全身多脏器及组织器官因缺血、缺氧而发生衰竭并最终死亡。心脏骤停是全世界成人死亡的主因之一,每年罹患数百万人。及时有效的心肺复苏是其惟一的救治措施,但尽管心肺复苏技术在不断进步,心脏骤停患者出院存活率依然很低,发达国家出院存活率不到10%,我国仅有1.3%[2-3]。
