自制膀胱灌注日历对膀胱灌注患者依从性的影响

The effect of the self-made calendar on compliance of the blade perfusion patients

目的探讨自制膀胱灌注日历对腺性膀胱炎及膀胱肿瘤术后患者膀胱灌注依从性的作用。方法选择两所医院2014年1月至2015年3月收治的49例患者为对照组,2015年4月至2016年7月收治的49例患者为试验组。对照组采用膀胱灌注常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上采用自制膀胱灌注日历。评价两组灌注依从性、患者满意度以及疾病复发率。结果试验组患者膀胱灌注的依从性及患者满意度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,顺利完成膀胱灌注比例明显提高,试验组术后复发率较对照组明显降低。结论应用膀胱灌注日历可显著提高腺性膀胱炎及膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注的依从性,提高患者的服务满意度,降低复发率。

Objective To investigate the effect of the self-made calendar on the compliance of bladder perfusion patients with Gland Cystitis and post-operative Bladder tumor. Methods A total of 49 patients with Gland Cystitis and post-operative Bladder tumor were enrolled as control group in two hospitals from January 2014 to March 2015,and another 49 patients were enrolled as experimental group from April2015 to July 2016. The control group accepted routine nursing care of bladder perfusion,and the experimental group accepted the self-made calendar on the basis of routine nursing care of bladder perfusion.The patient compliance,the patient satisfaction and the disease recurrence rate of the two groups were evaluated. Results There were significantly statistical differences between the two groups in patient compliance of bladder perfusion and patient satisfaction. Compared to the control group,the proportion of the bladder perfusion completion was significantly improved and the recurrence rate was significantly lower in the experimental group. Conclusion The self-made calendar can significantly improve the patient compliance of bladder perfusion for Gland Cystitis and post-operative Bladder tumor,improve the patient 's service satisfactionand reduce the recurrence rate.
