Conflict and Resolution:On Marxist Values in the Perspective of Instrumental Rationality

改革开放以来市场经济所蕴含的工具理性得到进一步强化,统一价值标准受到消解,社会难以达成价值共识,马克思主义价值观正遭遇某种程度的"合法性存在危机";社会主义实践中对马克思主义价值观与工具理性的关系存在曲解或误读,回归马克思主义价值观的真实内涵,在"返本"基础上"开新",才能使马克思主义价值观永葆自身魅力;马克思主义价值观从本体论和认识论立场肯定工具理性的存在意义,肯定正当利益追求以及人民功利主义的合理性和正义性,以"辩证"阐释模式批判并化解了资本主义工具理性所存在的不足。

The instrumental rationality of market economy has been further strengthened since China has adopted reform and opening-up strategy.When the unified value standard is digested,the society is hard to reach the value consensus.To a certain extent,Marxist values are suffering from'legitimacy crisis';In the socialist practice,there is a misunderstanding or a misinterpreting of the relationship between Marxist Values and the instrumental rationality.It is necessary to return to the true meaning of Marxist values,'blaze new trails'on the basis of'returning to the present',in order to make Marxist values to maintain their own charm;Marxist values affirm the importance of instrumental rationality from the standpoint of Ontology and epistemology,and affirm the rationality and justice of pursuing legitimate interests and people’s utilitarianism.In the dialectical interpretation,Marxist values criticism resolves the shortcomings of the capitalist rationality.
