大学生心理健康、自我价值感与角色认同的关系研究

大学生的角色认同受到内在心理健康与自我价值感的影响,心理健康可从人际关系困惑与未来发展困惑两个维度来评价,角色认同可划分为身份认同与行为认同两个维度。人际关系困惑具有消极作用,会降低大学生的身份认同和行为认同,需要特别关注;未来发展困惑能提高身份认同,但是会降低行为认同,需要及时引导。同时,自我价值感在心理健康与角色认同的关系中呈现一定的中介作用,也需要有效的调整。在群体差异方面,要格外关注城市生源学生、高年级学生、恋爱中的学生的心理健康,重视角色认同问题。

The role identity of college students reflects the degree of adaptation to the social system,and it is influenced by the inner mental health and self-worth.The mental health of college students can be divided into the confusion of interpersonal relationship and that of the future development.The role identity can be divided into personal identity and behavior identity.Through empirical investigation and analysis,the interpersonal relationship confusion has negative effects which will reduce the personal identity and behavior identity.While the future development confusion can improve the personal identity as well as reducing the behavior identity which need guidance.At the same time,self-worth has a certain intermediary effect in the relationship between mental health and role identity.According to the different group,urban students,higher grades students,or the students in love,they all need to be concerned more in mental health and role identity.
