The strategic significance of building the research hospital

研究型医院的发展战略,是指医院管理者,站在时代发展和战略全局的高度,着眼创建研究型医院的根本目标,对医院发展的功能定位、形势任务、目标思路、顶层设计等事关方向、长远和全局的重大问题进行理性思考,形成符合实际、体现规律、切实可行的战略判断、战略决策、战略规划和战略举措。本文通过探讨创建研究型医院的战略意义,全面论述了建设研究型医院要掌握其政治意义、时代意义、社会意义。

The development strategy of research hospitals means that the hospital manager should think rationally about the big problems of the hospital development related to the functional orientation, situation and tasks, goals and ideas,top-level design which concerns direction, long-term and overall situation from the era development and a strategic and overall perspective; and then form the strategic judgment, strategic decision, strategic planning and strategic initiatives which are realistic, in accordance with law, and practical. This paper discusses that building research hospitals should master its political signif icance, era signif icance and social signif icance through exploring the strategic signifi cance of building the research hospital.
