创建研究型医院的战略举措（英文）

The strategic initiatives of building research hospitals

创建研究型医院就是要对医院发展的功能定位、形势任务、目标思路、顶层设计等事关方向、长远和全局的重大问题进行理性思考,形成符合实际、体现规律、切实可行的战略判断、战略决策、战略规划和战略举措。本文通过探讨创建研究型医院的战略举措,系统阐述了建设研究型医院要把握研究型医院的规律性、人文性、先进行、普适性、开放性、传承性。

Building the research hospital is to rationally think of the major issues related to the direction, long-term and overall, of the hospital development including its function orientation, situation, targets, tasks, ideas and top design, to form practical, lawful and feasible strategic judgments, strategic decisions, strategic planning and strategic measures. This paper, by discussing the strategic measures of building the research hospital, introduces the concept that the construction of research hospitals should grasp the regularity, humanity, progressiveness, universality, openness, and inheritance of the research hospital tradition.
