中国医院品管圈活动综述（英文）

Review of QCC of Chinese Hospitals

通过对品管圈的内涵的详尽阐述,本文认为,尽管困难重重,在十几年时间里,品管圈已经在中国医院取得了一些重要的结果。然而,伴随着对品管圈操作实践和实际运行的深入理解,出现了一系列的问题。本文针对主题选择、实际原因验证、解决方案的制定和规范化等问题,提出了相应的对策和建议。

By elaborating on the connotation of QCC, this paper determines that in spite of all the diffi culties, QCC in Chinese hospitals has reached some signifi cant results in a dozen years. However, with an in-depth understanding of the QCC operating practices and practical operations, a series of problems occur. Focusing on theme selection, real cause verifi cation, solution formulation and standardization, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
